cupcakes!!  i made these for our reassignment day at work.  i called them "impending doom cupcakes" they are dark chocolate cupcakes filled with blackberry jam topped with a dark chocolate ganache and a blackberry dipped in dark chocolate.







then i made these for michaels birthday.  cappuccino cupcakes with espresso filling, topped with vegan buttercream, coffee beans and dark chocolate!  mmmm
